Employment
The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, a Center of Excellence at the University of Miami School of Medicine, is a multi-disciplinary basic science and clinical research center dedicated to finding better treatments for SCI.

Training
The Miami Project has several training opportunities for various levels and types of students interested in the field of neuroscience.  Its affiliation with the Univeristy of Miami undergraduate and graduate neuroscience programs make it a prime location for the mentoring of eager students.  Many Miami Project faculty members offer students the opportunity to volunteer or take part-time paid positions in their laboratories.  Paid positions for summer students are made available each year through the support of various funding agencies.  Graduate students in the University of Miami (UM) Neuroscience Program have the option of choosing mentors from among Miami Project faculty.
